ARE YOUR KITS COMPATIBLE WITH LEGO®

All BRIXO kits are fully compatible with LEGO® and other building blocks. BRIXO kits might require the use of LEGO® or other building blocks as part of model building. 

DO BRIXO KITS INCLUDE LEGO® PARTS IN THEM?

BRIXO kits do not include LEGO® parts in them. BRIXO is a separate entity and it's products aren't endorsed by the LEGO company.  Building certain models might require having non-BRIXO building blocks available. Those can be purchased separately.

ARE YOUR BRIXO KITS PATENTED?

BRIXO has patented its brick design technology including its chrome coating electricity-conducting properties. BRIXO's brick design do not infringe on LEGO® or other building block designs whose patents have expired. 

WHEN I AM GOING TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched. 99% of orders leave the warehouse within 2-4 days of payment. We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped. Most items should be received within 2-4 weeks of your order date. This may be a little longer for international delivery. For other specialty and giveaway items, please allow up to 4 weeks delivery time as they may be shipping from other countries. Pre-ordered items might take 5-6 or more to leave our fulfillment center as they are sometimes out of stock.

AM I GOING TO RECEIVE THE ORDER IN TIME?

If you want the order to arrive in time, please order it at least 2-4 weeks before the moment you need it to arrive.

CAN I CHANGE THE KIT I'VE ORDERED?

You can change the type of kit you've ordered as long as it hasn't shipped yet by contacting us at support@brixotoys.com

CAN I REMOVE AN ITEM FROM MY ORDER?

Yes, you can remove the item from your order and get a refund easily before the item is shipped. To do that, please contact us at support@brixotoys.com
Once it is shipped, you have to wait for it to arrive and then ship it back unopened and ask for a refund.

ARE THE ITEMS SHIPPED TOGETHER?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.

WHERE CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You can track your order by clicking Order Status in our menu. Then input your tracking code you received in the email once the item has been shipped.

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

You can change your address before the item is shipped by contacting us.

MY ITEM BROKE; CAN I GET A NEW ONE?

If your item broke, which does not happen often, and you cannot repair it yourself, you have to contact us at support@brixotoys.com. We will then review the information you provide and give you further 

instructions regarding what to do which might include whether to ship the item back or if you'll receive a partial refund.

CAN I BE REFUNDED?

If you do not receive your order, you have to contact us to solve the problem. Depending on the problem, you may be fully or partially refunded.
